A WORLD LEADER IN HYDRO-CONTROL

Two-Stage DMD Centrifugal Pumps

Type DMD Two-Stage Pumps are engineered to produce as much head as two single-stage pumps in series and are much more compact in size. Heavily built, these units are highly efficient and have every mechanical feature to assure long and reliable service.

Designed in sizes from 2" to 10" discharge, for capacities to 3,500 GPM, and for heads to 1,150 feet, they represent the most economical pumping equipment available for rugged and reliable service.

Features and Benefits
  • Impellers mounted back to back, and hydraulically balanced, making use of balancing devices unnecessary.
  • Single inlet construction permits shorter span between bearings and half as many wearing rings to maintain.
  • Heavy duty ball bearings mounted in dust-proof cartridges protect the bearing when rotor is removed from the case.
  • Metal, step-type flingers effectively shield bearings from moisture.
  • Typical Applications for Water and Industrial/Commercial Duties
  • High head water works
  • Hydraulic elevators
  • Oil refineries
  • Mining operations
